CB Mandolin

Cherry neck with mahogany fretboard and head overlay. This box is a bit on the small side and it gives a thinish tone so I may re do this mando with a larger box

    Thanks Dave. Making necks is my favorite part. Hooking it all together can be a pain sometimes! I'm always striving for as good an acoustic tone as I can get and this one sounds ok but I might still experiment with a larger box and centered bridge.

    Beautiful Jim. I agree with the bridge position close to center. I love the look of this one. You make beautiful necks.

    Thanks Maddog. Yeah, I think the proportions are ok but if I can get the bridge closer to the box center I think the tone improves.
