IThanks AGP. I like the giant saw Woodruff Timber cuts beams with. The saw marks beg to be kept. I’ve sanded the wood till it’s comfortable and varnished it till it’s fun to touch.
Thanks Jerry. It’s a Patina from the industrial beam it was sawn from. Might be 100 years old. I just sanded the thing until it feels good and added varnish. It darkened some but I like the outcome. Oh, and it was a fence board around my garden for about 5 years before I repurposed it.
