AGP #400 “XXXX Hundred”3 String Fretless GuitarScale 654mm/25¾ inchesStrings 44NW/30NW/20NW/Tuned G D gThought for a while about coming up with something special for the Four Hundred build, and decided, that why not base it on my favourite thing with the number 4 in it, “Fourex/XXXX Bitter Ale Beer”, which some mornings, seems like I drank about 400 of them the night before! :-DThe XXXX Retro Tin Sign was a $12 Ebay buy, the Box Sides Top and Neck are free recycled 19mm Solid Pine, the Box Bottom is 7mm Pine Ply, all given a tickle with the “Gas Torch”, then a coat of Golden Teak Stain, followed by a couple of coats of Clear Gloss Enamel Spray Paint.A 2.3k MGB Micro Flat Pup is wired through an MGB Vol, Tone, Jack Harness, which was one of 3 graciously gifted by him, along with a Tailpiece String Retainer, with my last order of Flat Pups. :-)

"Than XXXX Bob", the Fourex Brewery changes back and forth with their Can Colours and Sign Designs, the sign is one of my Faves, but there is an occasional Blackish Can, which I like the look of :-)
Love that headstock, Alan. I saw it roll by on the main page and guessed it was you. I don't have much going on after two today. Can you stop by with that build and few more and cooler of that bitter ale?
