AGP #297 - “Harley Davidson”(3 String Licence Plate Guitar)Scale : 660.4mm / 26inchesStrings : .044NW / .030NW / .021NW /Tuning: A / E / a /They say every man should have a Harley, so this is mine , the Box Sides, Top Piece, Nut & Headstock Wings are ‘Forest Red Gum’, the Box Bottom is 4mm ‘Hardwood Ply’, the Harley Logo’s on the Box Sides and Neck were first Pyrographed, the White was done with a “Paper Mate Correction Pen” and the Colours were applied using “Inktense 72 Pencils”.The Neck & Fretboard are ‘Spotted Gum’, all timber and the Pickup Cover is stained with “Feast Watson - Japan Brown - Prooftint”, and then coated with “Cabothane Clear Satin Poly”, the Tailpiece is part of a Galvanised Hasp & Staple that’s been laying around in the shed for yonks, the Vol Tone & Jack Plates are Galvanised Building Strap, and along with the Tailpiece were given a bit of a Relic look by Acid, Flame and WD40, a 5.7k Prewired Single Coil Pickup, Vol, Tone & Output Jack provides the noise:-D
