Yes!, I totally agree Uncle John, it does need, and I did consider aging the shiny spots, it was one of those builds where I went to the shed and stayed until I finished it, using what I had on hand at the time, only had 2 tuners I could relic, and when I find another, they will be changed, along with a bit of aging of the those out of place shiny bits.
Love that neck too. Man, antique a few places - tuners and the shiny spots- and it would pass as a true relic from back in the day. Merry Christmas, friend.
