;-) cool guys , im glad i inspired . i have done quite a few onboard amp guits . even one with an drum machine too . the 2 i used the short cord on was to give a more industrial look , and its easier to use the amp jack with out resoldering stuff .one tip ---. try and keep the speaker as far away from the pickup as you can .(less feedback) . also , an inverted speaker mounted ontop will add more bass . feel free to pick mah brain if and when ya need to ;-)
Thanks 'Pick', 'Gary W' & 'Uncle John', and yes! 'UJ', over the years I have learnt that you certainly do like your Tenors, also like you, I have an on board Amp build (inspired by a Mr Pick build) on the Bucket List, I have had an Ebay acquired Daphon Battery Powered Portable 3W Mini Guitar Amplifier sitting beside my computer for about a year!
Oh, I like that. Been playing with fire again? I like tenors so much that if that was mine, and with that particular headstock, I would make it a tenor.
I've got some home repair and other things going, but one of these days, I hope to make my first on board amp guitar. It will be a tenor.

I LOVE Mr. PIC's on-board amp/cbg build! Especially the short cable he used! One of those is in my future as well!
15.9K? NO wonder it is scorched! Great looker!
