Give that recipe a try Dan, I think you'll like it! An ol' Southern recipe for sure, screams blues food don't it.
I can't give you the seasoned flour ingredients because it's the secret recipe we use for our catfish in our Steakhouse/Lounge "The Driftwood" and if I told you I'd have to kill you :-)
Absolutly Thomas! I cut the catfish filets into strips and smother em' in Dijon mustard then bread em' in special seasoned flour and deep fat fry them babies to a golden brown, a little lemon and homemade dill pickle tarter sauce and MMMMMMDOGGY!!! There's a reason I'm a big guy, tofu don't get it for me :-)
DiJon Mustard Catfish and Missouri River Slide Blues! Maybe a nice Seegar after :-)

Catfish dinner and jammin'. Sounds like fun.
Thanks Thomas, as a matter of fact took the boat out on Monday and caught a few respectable catfish.
Come on down John, maybe a late afternoon into early evening jam session?
Looks like a great place for a little pickin' and grinnin'. Maybe even a little fishin' too.
Sure looks inviting.
