A Guitar

Hand carved neck/fret board/head. Scarf-jointed head is glued not screwed, and is exact shape of Gibson V head, but unlike Gibson's, my heads don't break. Both pu's are hand-wound, with 8mm neodymium button mags. 2 vol's, which may change, and third knob is kill switch. If Buckethead played a CBG, it would be this. Hand carved nut with zero fret. Body is all cigar box wood. I diagonally cut 2 identical "Oliva" boxes in half, 4 triangular pieces for top and 4 for back. Back is hinged and when open guitar stands alone. We don' need no stinkin' guitar stand! Pieces from 3rd "Oliva" box were used for interior framing. On the top I got a "lizard skin" pick guard made from violin case top, solid brass knobs, 4 hand made free-floating brass saddles and bridge plate, and an 1899 Liberty "V" nickel in the center of the sound hole cover.
