Looks good! I've not run into styrofoam on cigar boxes, yet. Either plywood, cedar (?), or cardboard. Styrofoam seems like it might make sense for cigar producers to use, but likely not very useful for CBG's without a lot of reinforcing the box sides and top. Keep us posted on your results!
Yeh, this box seems kind of flimsy. It's wall is made of some weird sort of plywood. Wood outer with some green material that resembles styrofoam? Gonna get out the magnifying glass today. I won't know until I cut the pickup hole what the top is made of. Gonna be an electric, so not real concerned about the acoustic sound of it.
