Hi Sumner, Garrett, Bluesheart, and as always welcome Uncle John, for what it's worth I did a lot of trying to get a decent cut on a bottle neck and it's a pain as none are so true and easy but the method I found to be the best was a diamond cutter on eBay for small money and either put it in your drill or Dremel if your rich, unlike me and steady away score through, a steady tap and a clean up with oxide paper being very careful not to cut yourself and hey presto another one bites the dust. You can even cut a disc of wood stick the abrasive on and with your drill sand of the sharp edges, neat, wear a mask and safety glasses and job done. Try not to knock the necks around, some have had real abuse and will shatter but 8 out of 10 will be fine, hope that helps guys, the word is that the lighter the glass, green over brown, clear even better are better than the best??? All the best lads, Chris. :)
