    The washers are held down with contact cement, but one has worked loose already. Hard to put on teeny tiny dabs so's there is enough but doesn't show. I used a toothpick, like my grandma showed me back when I was a little kid sticking on sequins. She was a crafty gal!

    Really gorgeous work as usual! Are those star/lock washers? If so, are they glued down or held with string tension?
