That's what I was thinking, Uncle John! I do have some "Gitty" medium frets and some jumbos, miter box and their fretsaw. I'll build these two necks then start on... ? Decisions, decisions...
Yeh, C.B Gitty did a good job on this neck. I have another one. Thought I'd get my feet wet this way instead of fretting it myself. This is three-string build 15 or 16. All previous were fretless. I don't like to fret about anything, but gonna try it soon.

No shame in getting the frets that way. Saves head aches and buzzes and saw slip grooves and out of square frets. I have done al those.
