Thanks Gary........I tuned this one E-e after seeing a Shane Speal video on youtube. It has a 30.25" scale length and 41" overall not counting the door stop. pretty easy to hold and play like a normal guitar. the plans for this are on here in the building section :)
A simple 2x4 pine body with poplar neck and saddle......bone bridge and nut with piezo mounted in saddle. Yep, a simple gold door stop and brass plate for the tail ....................... basically, it's just a long neck and plugged in sounds great.

Cool bass. Tell us what the body, fretboard and saddle are made of. Is that a DOOR STOP!?!?! Great idea.
