1940's Union Pacific Railroad Telephone Box Amp

1940's Union Pacific Railroad Track Crew communication telephone box, 2 watt/9 volt Artec amp, 1970's Ford Truck speaker, vintage style chickenhead on/off/volume knob, original canvas carry strap. The git in the pic is the Beselin 3 string CBG.These photos were taken on an abandoned stretch of tracks south of Hooper, Nebraska. As a kid I used to hunt pheasants, quail and rabbits along these tracks, trains were still running on them back in those days...long time ago. This stretch of rail line was origanlly built in 1869.
