  For four strings I tune GDAE, like a mandolin because I play mando and fiddle. I'm using tenor guitar string sets lately. Three strings I usually tune an open power chord. Those soundhole covers are electrical vent covers, a gift from a fellow builder. Aren't they just the coolest? I have a few more in the stash, but I'm hoarding them they are so beautiful.

  i like the lid fer a reso,this is great. soundholes in the back is cool to.
