Aluminum Cigar Box Guitar

Unusual aluminum box. Cameo of George Washington on the box top. Kind of looks like Jamie Mac Blues.Fretless 3 tuned AEA. Oak neck. Painted, lightly sanded and then polyurethaned.Piezo hot melt glued and sandwiched on side of neck near the butt end of the guitar.Home made sheet metal tail piece.Sound samples posted in the video section.Never played by George or Jamie.

    I like it Unc! I've done a few builds using vintage candy tin bodies with piezos hot glued similar to the way you've described. To my ear, they sound better on tin than on wooden boxes
