Some builders have told me about sandwiching the disc piezos with hot melt glue below and ON TOP. I was slow to give it a try, but it sure does work. Less feedback for sure. Almost none. And maybe better tone. I will cover it up with a bottle cap. That is an excuse to go buy a six pack of Dos Equis Amber.The goal here was to electrify the washboard in a way it did not show from the front.

Oops. I thought I deleted this one. It looks kind of crude. Well, Gary, Dave and Wes saw it, so it stays up. Simple enough way to electrify a wash board and conceal it from the front side. My point was going to be on the piezo sandwich. I will add that to the description.

Thanks for this detail. I was wondering about your neck fastening solution, even as I keep an eye out for my own washboard...
