  • Thank you very much, Rand. This build is not painted, I used oil pencils to color them and applied a protective coating on it to protect and seal it. It didn't scratch off. The builds that I do paint is with aycrlic paint and a protective coating is applied after the paint is dried. It doesn't scratch off either.

Thanks for asking bout my build.

  • Hi Dianne.
When you paint you guitars, what are you using for paint. It looks a bit watered down and I guess that gives it a more aged /rugged look. Do you have problems with the poaint scratching off? Or do you paint/spray on some kind of clear coat to protect the paint. I have only painted one of mine using black spray paint, and while I initially like the results, the paint scratches quite easily. By the way, nice guitar.

  • Thank you very much, Richard. Glad you liked the redneck build.
  • ROOOOLLL  TTTIDE ,, God Bless the Motherland ,, the Deep South !!!!!!  Fine guitar !!
  • You got it, JonBouye!!!!! Good for you. Yeah, I am old enough to tell them like a dawg does----piss on them!!!LOL
  • I'm with ya girl. I fly an American Flag, Alabama Flag, POW-MIA Flag, Don't Tread On Me, and a couple others. And I'm old enough not to care what someone else thinks, HA!
  • Thank you JonBouye. You are probably right. I know it offends some people, but it is our heritage; it has nothing to do with slavery. But that is my opinion, and everyone has one just like an a-- hole. We fly an American flag and a Rebel flag. It really irritates our neighbor across the street.

    Take care, and happy building.

  • I love it. I bet you would get banded from playing in certain places with all the PC these days.
  • Thank you, Fernando.
