I am having great trouble in finding wire to wind my first pickup. It would seem that 42 gauge wire is appropriate, but on this side of the Atlantic this doesn't seem to be a used measurement. What wire do any of you use and where do you get it? I can't find anywhere online apart from Steww-mac posting from America, and I don't know any shops where i could get it where i live. Can anyone help me with these problems?!
Thanks
