Greetings:  The chords I am going to use are GDGB.  Don't know why I chose these chords over DGBD other than they seem to be the most popular.  I assume I use the four center strings on my CBG.  As you can tell, I'm a novice at this!  I would like to see you play a song on a 4-string CBG, and then I' ll know how its done.  As I said before, all your lessons are on a 3-string.  Help!!!

Thanks for the friend add! It's great you take the time for these lessons. Everyone learns differently and this short format is great for beginners and surely will build interest for more complex methods.

Thanks. I have tried to learn guitar and 3 string before but always got discouraged, made excuses and quit.  I want to be a success this time! I don't have a carrer path that included CBG royalty. I am happy with court jester!!

Looking for a lesson on a 4-string CBG  --  open G tuning.  Everything seems to be on a 3-string.  Is there any such thing as a "chart" of chords for open G?

Thank you for your remarks. In no way did I mean to be condescending, nor did I want to bring this controversy to your post. On the contrary, this is how I began teaching too. I started back in 2006 posting lessons on youtube for 6 string bottleneck style. A friend suggested burning and selling them. The response was positive, so I continued the series. I do not personally know this member, but apparently he has an issue. Again, I apologize for any misunderstanding. Keni Lee
