Here's an angled side shot showing how the lid fits (too loosely) in the slots where the lid meets the neck. Will likely wedge some cut to size wood in to tighten the fit. Once the washers are in, the end nuts should be pretty much flush with the bolt ends. Maybe I'll cap them somehow (silicon seal?) so I'm not scratching things when I lay down the 'guitar'.
