This shot shows the bottom lid being bolted to the top lid. 4 nuts on, 4 to go... You can see the "heal" or top end of the reinforcement wood sticking out from this "bottom" shot.

Update: This would have been a better instrument if I had added some kind of pickup, as it does not resonate well acoustically. Have since disassembled the cookie tin resonator and replaced it with a box.
