Interesting observation A.D. and a cool picture! The Monkees were an influence, watched the cheesy TV show as a kid, so you just never know. I just chug the tunes out and have fun with them.

Thanks Kale! I like playing the PLAjo, but the neck has a case of the bends, so it’s going to be seeing some modifications when I get home. By the way PLA refers to the Apple Green PLA filament I used to print the instrument.

Gus was a Banjo guy ! doing it in the modern way , sound s like a monkey's tune at first when you played it ,but thats probably because of all the vieuwers !! Slingers in full swing on this one !!
