Thanks Kale! Your observations are correct. The last line in each verse goes really high at the end, so I have to go low at the start of the line. I haven’t quite mastered the vocal transition in and out. I love the groove in the original, but I think it would take a serious time investment to figure out how to play it and sing on top of it. So I have to settle for hearing it in my head while I play.
