yep Dave ist like standard GUITAR tuning whit out the low & high E ,and yes its a D shape, whit pinkie added, but not in the D position whit standard tuning but one string up to low on the fretboard
yup believe its a verry versetile chord it slides all over and gives room to move !Standart for 4 is ADGB mine ADF#B but both are cool, depends on the mood! the runs are a two sometimes 3 vinger deal i call it hopping in a box! Thanks Dave for your comments ! much appriciated !
