  Love that song.  Like that cat guitar too.   And it sounds good.

  Bill, I see that this is your first performance video.  Good on you, man.  Takes a lot of guts the first few times.   I think you need more practice and polish and put your self out there a bit more by singing out stronger.   But man, I believe somewhere weeks or months down the line you will be able knock this out of the park.  

  Show us some more, good simple songs and go for it big time.  And keep practicing this one.   You are well on the way.  I want to hear it when you have it down really well.   Hoping to see and hear more of you.
