Everyone knows this song, even if they don't realize they know it. It's only a few seconds long but it has all the parts of a song. I decided to do an arrangement of this simple tune on guitar, bass, snare drum, and organ. Why not? Happy Sunday.

2 BITS is a quarter / 25 cents/ a quarter of a dollar. Two bits, four bits, six bits a dollar all for CBGs stand up and hollar!
25 cents is only one bit!
or is it two dimes?
thats two cents is it not Uncle John ?
What a fun little-itty-bitty ditty. This short, sweet, and catchy tune is proof that songs don't have to be long. I can't wait for more fun musical adventures.
That's a good point AGP, it's probably uniquely American.
I'm pretty sure 2 bits is 25¢ John.
That's a quarter to you & me uncle
I have no memory of a song called Shave and a Haircut, but remember the tune quite well, I always thought it was called Dum Diddy Dum Dum Drop Dead, and have even used it as a finish to some of the Videos I've posted in the past ;-D
Who knows what Two Bits means?
