No, I wouldn’t make the entire box out of it. It will not withstand the string pressure. However, if you covered a plywood box with it, it might look kinda nice. I wouldn’t try making large sheets unless I had a hydraulic press with a very heavy duty form. You have to keep compressing it every 10 minutes as it cools.
"WOW", what an amazing Video, who would have thought that these everyday items we put in the recycle bin, almost on a daily basis, could be used for enhancing the look of our various types of instrument builds, and Yes! Lappy, I did enjoy listening and watching this Video, very clearly and easily explained :-)
Thanks lappy that was verry Creativ and educational !, i know we use to do that as a kid and make "Art"as we call ed it ,we thig a plastic bag or bottle ,and set it alight, and then collect the dripping plastic on a piece of wood, till nice shapes apear, but this recycling ideer of yours is terriffic ! a way better way whit load of diverend possebillety's Good on You !

Pretty cool. I thought the green on the 5 string LPG was some fancy and expensive material like mother of toilet seat. Nice shop you have there too.
