    No, I wouldn’t make the entire box out of it. It will not withstand the string pressure. However, if you covered a plywood box with it, it might look kinda nice. I wouldn’t try making large sheets unless I had a hydraulic press with a very heavy duty form. You have to keep compressing it every 10 minutes as it cools.

  • "WOW", what an amazing Video, who would have thought that these everyday items we put in the recycle bin, almost on a daily basis, could be used for enhancing the look of our various types of instrument builds, and Yes! Lappy, I did enjoy listening and watching this Video, very clearly and easily explained  :-)

  • Thanks lappy that was verry Creativ and educational !, i know we use to do that as a kid and make "Art"as we call ed it ,we thig a plastic bag or bottle ,and set it alight, and then collect the dripping plastic on a piece of wood, till nice shapes apear, but this recycling ideer of yours is terriffic ! a way better way whit load of diverend possebillety's  Good on You !
