  • Thanks tontonsb and John.   John, give it a try.

  • Beautifully done Uncle John. Some time I must learn to play the harmonica. It really adds something to a song.

  • beautiful song and its very good

  • Yeah, probably so.  You would have 3 of the same strings and tuning as a banjo.  Darn, you make me want to try a DGB canjo!

  • I've been meaning to try DGB again...a while back I made this really goofy little cookie tin guitar (since cannibalized to build a "proper" one) and I noticed DGB instantly suggested more melodic, banjo-like music than GDG.

  • Thanks, Gus.  A good old song.   That DGB tuning is good for a lot of songs.   But I like GDg just about as well.

  • This is just too dang cool. Great singing...sounds perfect alongside the guitar.

  • Thanks, Mike.   No album plans.  If I could play lap slide like you can - then maybe I would!

  • Great work as per usual! Can't get this cussed Internet to work long enough to click Like, but I think it went. You ever thought about doing a whole album and posting it?

  • Thanks, Nancy!
