Homemade talharpa (or tagelharpa, stråkharpa, jouhikko) with 2 strings. Torsion tuning system. All materials bought in a local hardware store. Material costs about 10 euros.Originally I had decided to make it with 3 strings, but it turned out that I mostly only played on 2 strings at the same time, so I decided later that 2 strings was enough, just 1 melodystring and 1 dronestring.I have tried to build a bow too, but it didn't work so well. Instead I use a flower stick greased with resin. That is very easy and it works good.https://houdorf.wordpress.com/2019/05/08/hvordan-jeg-byggede-en-billig-strygelyre/https://houdorf.wordpress.com

Thank you guys.
Sounds like a yohiko. I love that hobo fiddle tone.
Interesting. Good low sounds.
