Just lost a long reply to all your kind words by touching the Gitty stuff area to the right. Thank you all for your comments. They make me feel good. I really dig this scene. Sure beats the news on tv. Richard, that's not smoke. It's sawdust and metal shavings. Thanks Richard, Larry, AGP, Derek, Pick. You all make Nation Great!
I watched this video again! Time-lapse right!!! Slowed down enough for the average eye to see flyin' fingers gun slinging Dave do his riffs! Did anybody notice at the end smoke coming off the neck! Love this Dave, great video! You show perfection isn't speed, it's soul and spirit and passion!
Some Fine Flyin' Diddle Fingerin' going on there Dave!, and I totally agree with Uncle John's comment on "A Person and an Instrument", also my favourite form of Video to watch :-)
I think you are right Jim. You could shave your fingers right off with Erazmo's dulcimer moves. But I could use a bit of up tempo choppin. I think you are right Uncle. I like the wonderful art videos made by many Nation friends but my faves are a guitar and player with guit, hands and full face showing. Then I can learn. Also can see how a friend lives. I see instrument collections, furniture, artwork, posters, amplifiers profane heaters, etc. I like that.
Dave, I agree on liking seeing what your fingers are doing and seeing you - head, face and all. The cool photo and added pic vids are fun, but what you are doing here is honest and my favorite. A person and an instrument.
I'm trying to frame my recent videos so you can see what I'm doing. I like the videos that show the fingering and picking. I learn from them. You mean like the Diddle Head Fern Uncle?

You can seriously hurt yourself trying to play like either one of those guys! Sounds good Dave.
