  ya ive messed about with "dark was the night" to much confusion and head scratchin from most. the song is so iconic, its almost heresy to alter it in any way. however, this tune is top notch!

  Hi, thanks for the kind words!...ours just have similar names or tittles and mine was inspired by the title as much as the song, but it is what i heard in his song, the feeling and the auroa and hiss in the background, the way it made me feel...Its hard to explain in writing,

  anyways, no hard feelings, were all here to share!...I appolgive to if it seemed i was defensive, I wasnt, I am glad you enjoyed it...just having fun with music, no rules, just art and trying to have fun

  Clearly you do not follow my remarks. I am paying the song a compliment, by stating it is a very good "original" arrangement. If you want to say it is your rendition, cover or inspired version of BWJ's song go ahead. But I will tell you this, it is "not" the song. No one would recognize it as the song either. Songs have melody lines. If you completely change the melody line, how can it be the same song? Take full credit for it and call it something else was my encouragement. Christ, don't be so defensive. This isn't my first Rodeo. Thank you for your consideration and I appologize for the confusion of my comments.

  Owwwwwoooooooo!  That's me howling.  That sound on it's own is not so spooky, it's just good playing and a good song.   Cool git and I love the moon.   I think Keni has a point.  I think this clearly the RED DOG HOWL.
