Thanks, Doug. And thank you for your help on song chord structure. I've had trouble getting this song down pat. This was a first take video, but I can not always do it so well. I will keep at it and when polished, maybe play it in church or on ho-made. Maybe even the guitar used here.
Thanks, AGP. The older I get the easier I get cold. I am down about 20 pounds, so if I can keep the weight down, next winter may seem colder yet. Hang in there, your spring is just weeks away.
Monday Morning in the Land Down Under, so I'm guessing its, Go To Church Gospel Singing Sunday in Ogden Iowa, which was once a very regular event, we all used to look forward to seeing each week, a little quiet lately, I'm sure the result of the Covid Pandemic, of course the BEG# tuning is the 5th, 4th & 3rd strings of a regular open E Six String Tuned Guitar, but can't recall anyone using it, until now!, your looking nice and summery in shorts, hope your summer lasts a bit longer, and our summer down here arrives sooner than later, not sure if its because my bones & body are getting older, but of all my 50yrs of living in the so called Sunshine State of Queensland Australia, this in my opinion has been the coldest winter I have seen, not cold by your standards, but cold for this old Reptilian Sun Lover. ;-D
Ha ha, Andries. A fine likeness of me... Yes, sir. A players side sound hole.
Thanks, Rope,
Kale, it has the same string relationships as DGB. I used the ADG strings off a six string set and tuned the guitar ADF# for open D. Then I decided to us an E harp so, I guess I had several options. Capo or tune higher seemed easiest and it is a 22 and 3/4 inch scale, so I just tuned up to EBG# for open E.

More of a church key tuning, RTZ. Thanks!

Great song choice for a Sunday morning Uncle John! Classic “Uncle John” signature style. Well done.
Thanks, Bob. Hope you are having a great summer. Mine is going by too fast.
Smart tuning Uncle J. Very nice Gospel tune. A holy vibe played on a none-hol(e)y git. Nice T-sandwich intro.

That's an unusual tuning. I can't say I've seen that before.
