    I am always busting strings on my mandolins - I use celtic tuning with a d instead of an e now!

    fat screws...
    its too much tension on a 2 piece neck like this for just glue to hold...so I add a couple screws to hold it tight

    Beatiful build, great sound! How did you handle bracing for the extra load from the doubled strings?
