I always enjoy hearing and seeing these "hobo" type builds. To me they always seem more true to the traditional make-do ethos of cigar box guitars. You're right too, ain't about how they look but about how they sound. Way to go.

very unique and interestingly made with great sound and resonance. i am new to this myself and may try to make one with a cake pan too. like you, i am not much as a wood craftsman, but do love working with wood. keep up the good work and keep putting out the tune's.
