Rhythm is a definite bonus. Build yourself a stompbox with a peizo element and two jacks. Patch your guitar in paraleel thur it to the amp and stomp/play away. It's great!!
Yes. The fire at Camden Market was almost three years ago. Very much back to normal in most respects I think. It is one of my favourite places in London.
As for your playing, put up a sound file or a vid and we can judge, but I am sure you are being far too modest.

Heh, heh. There are those who would say I sound no worse playing guitar with my feet, but I don't think they are complementing me.
You might have to build a drum foot pedal from scratch; I think your second-hand bass pedals might be too big.
