First Diddly Bow ever, lots of mistakes but learned a heap. Next one will be much better. The brass oval objects at the bottom are flat ended nuts, the box had no hardware to keep the lid shut and the brass was the same color as the label. The bridge is a cleat from my old boat.

Yup, good looking diddley. The main change I would make, the only big one, would be to move the bridge inboard for better acoustic sound. Yup, I like the bridge too, Muddy.
