My third build, with maple neck, and piezo. I think I'm putting too many soundholes in my boxes, my second is louder with just one hole.

    Thanks, I like the "experiment factor" in building these thats what makes it fun for me, as they all seem to sound a little different.

    Love it. I think the question with the sound holes is more about the tone then the volume.

    If you get a good tone and enough sound to play comfortably then it really dosnt matter. The placement and size of the holes will all change the sound of the guitar.
