Well, the screws are in...

...for better or for worse! I stripped the heads off a couple of those little Grover screws in short order even after pre-drilling with a finishing nail- boy is that Maple hard! I used the original Kapok tuner screws which were a little heftier, but I had to enlarge the tuner holes 3 sizes. At least I didn't break any off!
