1st, Love how inventive you got on your first build! Placing the 2nd tuning grar right at top was an idea I had and have been toying with it seeing it makes for true string alignment. The dies in the headstock is a classy touch man!!!!!!!! The entire guitar is the tops bro. I have never felt like someone that would be here to inspire, but it keeps coming up on comments and privet messages. I am so glad that something I did sparked someones creativity, but know that ALL the work was done by you and you alone!!!!! It came out FANTASTIC and the second one (BTY I am not done with mine yet) is also a beautiful looking and sounding git man!!!!! Keep 'em coming, and maybe someday we new boots can start a tour of our owns!!!!!!!!! LOL
Thanks Jeff,I couldnt find what I wanted for a string tree then I looked in my junk drawer and saw that chain.I hooked it in the back with a zip tie.I cant believe how fun it is just using stuff I have around the house.
Great looking build, Chris. Chris Call should be proud since you listed him as inspiration.
You scooped me on the chain string tree. I'm working on #4 & #5 and planning #6. I came across a piece of brass chain yesterday and put in it the CBPB (cigar box parts bin) for #6.
