There is a distinctive hump in this scarf joint. That shows how much walnut I carved off to shape the neck. I use handsaws, rasps, files, and sandpaper followed by steel wool to a smooth finish.I have never used this particular head stock shape before. I think it echoes the headgear of the guys on the box.

    I just checked it out Rich! Interesting song. I’ll look forward to your CBG rendition since there aren’t any strings in the Battlefield Band version.
