Mahogany veneer from inside cigar box, glued to face of maple headstock. Banjolele project.I love it when I find boxes with those sheets inside, especially a plain one with no stamping!

    Thanks John, I think it will be real pretty once the finish is on, it has beautiful grain.

    Hunh!  I've been throwing those away.  Good idea and great execution of it.   This is one that a lot of builders should see.
