Thanks for the comment on this, Charlotte . There are some chips on the neck and the finish appears to be original . An odd color , even for the color blind . I suspect this guitar was made outside of the USA as a cheap import , early to mid 1900's . Maybe a childs guitar . ? .
V shaped necks were common in the early 1900's. The size/scale length and slotted peghead also suggest something older than the finish would indicate. This is a tough one to figure.
