Thanks Ron! I know absoulutly nothing about paddles other than I had to have one in my boat in case my boat motor quit, well that and they make nifty guitars :-)
Being an old 3 times a year Boundry Waters paddler, I'm really digging this build. You should give a slight bent shaft a go sometime. It might be a little too much of a good thing though.

looks like a boatload of fun,And also.....If you have this guitar ,you will never , ever be up a creek without a paddle.
I have a bunch of paddles already and all the components, I just need more time. Damn I'm tired :-(
