LOL A smaller gourd would have been easier, I used what I had on hand.

I'm working on a two stringer gourd git right now too...mine will be pretty different though. Much smaller gourd for one thing. :-)
I am planning on using a broken tambourine head too.

Yes, the head is from the broken tambourine. Would have been MUCH easier to stretch using a new hide!
