My first fretless CBG, #20. Used Purple Heart for fret markers on the first and aluminum rod on the second. Aluminum rod was easier to work with. For the fretless I cut shallow fret slots then filled them with darker sawdust/glue putty. I like the bridge I made for the fretless better so I'll make another to replace the fretted CBG.

Thanks Uncle John. I need to learn how to play with a slide but kept bumping frets. Now that I've been practicing on the fretless I actually can play better on the fretted CBG's. Too bad I waited until build #20 to go fretless.
