You nailed it. Looks like it should be in the and of a bo' sitting in the open door of a Morton Salt box car. He's got a beat up-old satchel in the other hand and he's waiting for the train to slow a little more so he can get off.

I was given several very small vintage boxes... too small for conventional builds but too pretty not to use
