Hey, mon! Generally, I've been tuning to an open tuning: D (A, D, F#, A) or G (D,G,B,D) and as the guitars are (so far) fretless, I play slide-style or one-finger barre chord. I like the major tunings for calypso and some reggae, but need to find some way to play the minor chords for the reggae stuff! I'm still new to this and find myself froggin' around in the tall grass a lot; only just started exploring the possibilities of other tunings. I've built a total of 12 guitars so far and have sold four already with orders for three more. Got a call from an art gallery too...who'd a-thunk!

do you tune it like the four smaller standar guitar like from bottom to top E,B,G.D or do you use open tuning ?
i would like to know how you set them up !!!
just to share i do set up mine EBGD or EBG for a 3 stringer !!!
