    17” scale length. Low-G. Octave tuning on the C strings but same pitch tuning on the A strings.

    What is the scale length? Do I see octave strings on on the C string?

    Interesting concept. How does it sound?

    I currently have a 25” scale length cigar strung gCeA using nylon folk guitar strings. I’ve dubbed it HERO tuning: High E, Reentrant, Octave tuning. I’ve been playing it a few weeks now and I am enjoying the mellower tone.
