1950s cardboard sleeve over a wooden box. Jack plate in oak to match neck and other bits. Copper plate protects box edge - earth plate is underneath.

Several coats of clear satin laquer Paul - most of which soaked in! I suppose I could have copied the box front and stuck it clean on the wooden box, but I kinda like the way this looks like its falling apart. It will look super in 5 years time when its been sellotaped back together and the tape has started to dry and flake a bit! :o)
